Normandy Lane Limited delivers to Great Britain and the 27 countries of the European Union directly with Royal Mail to any address specified by the customer when the order is placed. For deliveries to countries outside the European Economic Area we deliver through our local partners. Once payment is received via credit card we deliver your order to any specified address – workplace, relatives, friends or neighbours. Please enter a delivery address for each order. If no delivery address is provided, delivery will be made to the address on your order. An invoice is always generated online during the payment process and will not accompany the parcel.

What are the delivery costs?

Items are dispatched as regular mail unless they exceed an order value of £100.00. For all orders we charge back the actual costs for the shipment through Royal Mail or its equivalent in the other territories.

How long does delivery take?

• Normandy Lane Limited will dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, and depending on where your delivery address is located it might take Royal Mail 3 to 10 days to deliver.
